LinksAntioxidants There are over 100 known antioxidants in NUTRI-RICE®. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals, or enzymes that help protect the body from the formation of free radicals and the formation of degenerative diseases. Free radical damage is thought by scientists to be the basis for the aging process. Nutri-Select Natural and Nutri-Select Solubles contain natural occurring selenium, CoQ10, alphalipoic acid, flavanoids, glutathinone peroxidase, 28 unnamed tocotrienols and various tocopherols just to name a few, all forming a wealth of anti-oxidants for the body to draw from when exposed to viral and bacterial infections.

The Tocotrienols and Tocopherols from the Vitamin E complex present in NUTRI-RICE® are perhaps the most important element found, encompassing the eight essential fat-soluble nutrients. They have been identified as responsible for lowering cholesterol in the body, inhibiting the growth of tumor cells, and having anti-aging and anti-inflammatory qualities. Stabilized rice bran consists of perfect chains of Essential Fatty Acids/EFAs, major and trace minerals, amino acids, and anti-oxidants in perfect ratio in a plant source. Since every membrane in the body requires these EFAs to function (including the brain which is 85% fat or cholesterol) Nutri-Select Natural and Nutri-Select Solubles can be an effective way to get these nutrients in a highly absorbable form.
